• 50% fee of services booked will be charged for cancellations outside of the 72hr Grace period. If the card on file is declined you will be banned from all future bookings. No Shows or same day cancellation will result in 100% fee and you will be banned from future bookings. • No Refunds or exchanges all sales are final. • All color services require a deposit. Deposits are non refundable. The reason we do this is to guarantee your spot and also due to the high increases in no shows & same day cancellations. To avoid the deposit you can pre book your future appointments with me. • I DO NOT work over at home color (box color) Yes, Sally Beauty color is box color. • All NEW clients needing a lightening service MUST come in for a strand test before you schedule an appointment. Strand tests can be scheduled online. • No additional guests or children in the studio unless they are being serviced. • Silent appointments available upon request. • Cash & Zelle are the preferred methods of payment. We also accept card, Venmo, and Cashapp. • ALL appointments are booked through the website. Feel free to text me with questions on which services to choose if you are unsure.
